Job Duties: 

Perform fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, integration, application configuration and testing for Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Applications. Create design documents and perform impact analysis for Oracle functionalities for the implementation. Maintain and support Oracle HCM Applications mainly HR, Benefits and Payroll modules. Develop PL/SQL database objects, SQL scripts, Conversions, Interfaces, Reports and Forms using standard tools including Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Application Framework, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and perform functional testing. Responsible for Release Management activities. Will work in Charlotte, NC and/or various client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
